Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?
When you contact us through the form, we store the information you provide:
- Name, company, email address and phone number
- What your enquiry is about and your message
- That you have consented to us storing the information, and when
If you email or call us, we handle the information needed to reply to you in the same way.
Why we process your data
We use the information to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal or quote. The legal basis is your consent, which you give in the form. If the contact leads to an assignment, we process the data to perform the contract and to meet legal requirements such as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
We never use your data for marketing without asking you first, and we never sell it.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your enquiry for as long as it is needed to handle the matter. If it does not lead to an assignment, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. Data that forms part of a contract or our accounting is kept for as long as the law requires.
Who do we share your data with?
We only share data with suppliers who help us run the website and our email, and only to the extent necessary. The website is hosted in Sweden. Our fonts are served from our own server, and we use no third-party analytics or advertising tools.
If you click our address, Google Maps opens. Google’s terms then apply to that visit.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and get a copy of it
- have incorrect data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict or object to our processing
- receive your data in a machine-readable format
- withdraw your consent at any time

Cookies
We only use cookies that are necessary for the website and the form to work. They do not require consent, and we use no cookies for analytics or marketing.
